My Story, The Explorer
After more than 17 years of traveling the world, I finally took the leap and turned my passion into a business by opening Tansy Travel.
Those years taught me that the most important skill in travel isn’t just wandering, it’s research. I genuinely love researching destinations almost as much as I love traveling itself. I can easily spend hours diving into Google, reading blogs and books, watching videos, and uncovering every hidden gem before I even book a flight. I nerd out over it, and I always have.
I started as a budget backpacker exploring underdeveloped countries while binge-watching Anthony Bourdain. Since then, my travel style has evolved and grown, just like my ever-expanding bucket list.
My goal is simple: I offer every client the same care, value, and attention I would give to my own trips.
